One of the greatest joys we get in having a home based business is in meeting all the great people. It is inspiring to see what their passions are, what causes they are helping, and to see how many great people there are in this world. Without people reaching out the hand to help, we would all not be given the chance to rise above a challenge we might be in.

One of the great people we have met through our business is Kijana. What impresses me the most about Kijana is his passion to help others, his commitment to extend a helping hand to really great causes. Kijana is truly a leader, and he and his family are doing great things. They don't stop - it is a commitment that they do throughout the year, and that is an example we should all follow.

Kijana sent me some information about one of his projects. He is a musician (another impressive quality about Kijana), and he has the opportunity to help the American Heart Association. He will be singing as some of their fund raisers, and he has a FANTASTIC TOOL that we all can use, and the money they raise will help an enormous amount of people. Jim Rohn will greatly be missed! He made such an impact on so many people. I could go on and on about him, and quote him over and over. He has truly made a HUGE impact on our lives. If you haven't  read any of his work - you owe it to yourself to devour everything. There is one concept that sticks with me that he said in so many different ways that will be a driving force in who we are for the rest of our lives.

It is this - "Change youself, everything will change", "Go to work on yourself more than your living and see what happens" "College will make you a living, Self-education will make you a fortune". They all point to one thing - work on yourself, and everything you want will follow. It is a simple concept, but many people don't see it's significance.

IF YOU are really serious about changing your life, this is critical. As an extension of that thought, "your talent opens the door, your decisions can shut it." That means although you may have found a new path, or a new horse to ride so to speak, you may make some bad decisions that shut that door if you haven't worked on yourself first.
